My name is ABC XYZ and I am proud member of “Go Green” community. I am writing this letter to inform you that I would not be able to continue voluntary work for the local community.
At the onset, I am responsible for two tasks. Primarily, I am working on reducing plastic wastage awareness campaigns and suggesting alternate sustainable options to people. Apart from this, I am helping administrative department for taking approvals for various campaigns. I am researching all the necessary documents required for running a drive and request authorities to give us consent for same.
Professionally, I am working in a multinational company and my company wants me to relocate to another nation. Owing to my work commitments, I would not be able to provide assistance to native inhabitants. Thus, I would like to apprise you of not able to continue services from June onwards.
However, I would like to recommend someone who is interested in doing something for the society. He has keen interest in working for mankind welfare and was also working in Chandigarh to keep their sector spick and span along with other residents. Thus, I would request you to consider him and make our city experience more enjoyable for everyone.
I would highly appreciate the encouragement you have given me for keeping our urban area pristine. I wish you success in future endeavors and hope to work with you again to make our ecosystem friendly for future generations.
