Human beings are social animals who interact with each other for social and mental satisfaction. Few people opine that one should have competition at school, workplace and in their daily life. However, some people think that humans should be more cooperative instead of keeping competitive spirit. Both the postulates will be discussed in the subsequent paragraphs before reaching to a plausible conclusion along with my thoughtful opinion.
Commencing with the multifarious benefits of being ambitious. First and foremost, competition make individuals focused and disciplined. They become determinantal to achieve the desired aim. For instance, Leo Messi has Growth Hormone Deficiency Syndrome. Although, with his will power, he made a place for himself in the world of Football and known as the Greatest of all time. Thus, competitive attitude let human beings do hard work to attain their target. Moreover, it enhances confidence in living beings. They come to know about their strengths and weakness. It helps them to push themselves to accomplish their objective and achieve early by staying motivated.
On the other hand, why opponents argue that people should have cooperative outlook rather than staying competitive. Primarily, collaborative people are better team players. They try to take everyone with them. Hence, it enforces camaraderie in school and office. Apart from this, coordinated personnel have low stress level and they are able to find more creative solutions to a problem. Owing to their personality, they do have loyal companions who help them to think all aspects of an issue and analyse every situation. Thus, alliance leads to exposure to numerous perspectives and bring expertise minds together.
To conclude, joint effort results in better communication and fast-tracked output. Hence, homo sapiens should try to impose participation over individuality to make a peaceful and harmonious environment around themselves.
