Nowadays, few people favor to work for a big organization over smaller one. I agree with the given statement due to various reasons which will be discussed in the subsequent paragraphs.

Owing to which, they have sufficient resources to complete a task. Therefore, work life balance can be acquired in huge. Moreover, multinational have a dedicated employee welfare department. The sole purpose of this division is to work on employees physical and mental well-being. Thus, they indulge workers in plethora of curricular activities yielding mental happiness and employee satisfaction level.
Furthermore, the worth mentioning point of my agreement is establishments of considerable size furnish job security. They have abundant projects and opt for moving personnel internally to another project in case workforce does not have enough tasks within a project. Other than that, corporates have a policy in place which give a person enough time to find work within the agency. Apart from this, one can get onsite opportunities in colossal houses which is difficult to obtain in local companies. Hence, staff can get a chance to relocate to another nation without spending hefty amount and effort in migrating by own.
To recapitulate, large ventures offer ample merits over small businesses. Thus, one should always try to move to a better enterprise for greener pastures and contentment.
