Effective from 2025, all Indian passport holders can now enjoy a 14-day visa-free stay in the Philippines for tourism purposes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Valid Indian passport with at least six months’ validity beyond the intended stay.
- Confirmed accommodation bookings.
- Proof of sufficient financial means to cover expenses during the stay.
- Confirmed return or onward ticket.
- No derogatory record with the Philippine Bureau of Immigration.

- The 14-day stay is non-extendable and strictly for tourism purposes.

30-Day Visa-Free Entry for Indian Nationals with AJACSSUK Visas/PR
Indian nationals holding valid visas or permanent residence permits from the following countries—Australia, Japan, America (USA), Canada, Schengen countries, Singapore, and the United Kingdom (collectively referred to as AJACSSUK)—are eligible for a 30-day visa-free stay.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Valid Indian passport with at least six months’ validity beyond the intended stay.
- Valid visa or permanent residence permit from any of the AJACSSUK countries.
- Confirmed return or onward ticket.
- No derogatory record with the Philippine Bureau of Immigration.
