However, in few territories, students reside in different cities for getting education. In my opinion, the merits of staying away from home has an edge over its demerits which will be discussed in the subsequent paragraphs.
Commencing with the multifarious benefits of moving to a distant city for further education. First and foremost, freshers become independent. While residing at their home, teenagers have dependence on their parents for doing various tasks. Although, when little ones have to stay behind by own, they learn basic life skills to survive. For instance, one has to do cooking, laundry and cleaning by themselves. Other than that, juniors flourish the art of time management and multi-tasking . Thus, it helps individuals to shape their characters by doing these fundamental tasks without any additional hand. Moreover, adolescents get exposure to real world while staying away. Young people meet multitudes from diverse backgrounds and different psychology, therefore minors grasp the expertise of behaving sincerely and mingling in the society.
Furthermore, the world mentioning positive of living in a unfamiliar suburb is, young lads learn to respect everyone’s religion and culture. Youngsters stay with people of varied traditions and they acquire understanding about their heritage. Hence, it not only increases their knowledge base but they also cherish each other’s values. However, there is one drawback that is, one has to stay away from their loved ones. It becomes mentally disturbing for some juveniles and they often feel homesick. Thus, it is emotionally tiresome for some teens as they have to go through immense emotional and mental distress.
To recapitulate, young adults should get opportunity to start their journey at a distinct town. It enhances their survival skills in various situations and helps them to take paramount decisions of their life by doing a meticulous check of all scenarios.
