My name is ABC XYZ. I am a computer specialist by profession. I am writing this letter to express my interest for doing voluntary work at the museum.
At the onset, I am always fascinated by the idea of historic galleries. It interlinks new generation with our forefathers greatly deeds and help them to understand our culture. Thus, I want to be part of magnanimous task and contribute a little towards the welfare of society. I would like to mention my strengths with which I can help the exhibition place. Primarily, I have good knowledge about computers. Owing to which, I can assist administrative department and do tasks quickly. Other than that, studio does have ticketing system. I can maintain online ticketing system as well as help archives authorities with the manual ticketing.
I can start provide assistance from 1st August. Because of my work commitments, on weekdays, I can work for two hours in the evening. In addition to it, on weekends, I can support for six hours.
