My name is ABC XYZ. I have lately arranged a one-day business meeting on behalf of my company in your hotel. I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction about the couple of things with which participants were not pleased.
At the onset, attendees were amused with the choice of place and connectivity of your hotel with the city. Everyone liked the interior of the hotel. They appreciated the modern architecture of the motel. Apart from this, lodge has ample parking space. Thus, invitees were grateful with leaving their vehicle.
However, plethora of guests were dissatisfied with the food. Primarily, meal was served cold. Therefore, visitants have not enjoyed the lunch. Moreover, few of the cuisines were too spicy. Some transients have faced difficulty with the food items. Hence, it was not a pleasant experience for some businessmen.
I would suggest you to make a few amendments to make dining experience delightful. First and foremost, food temperature should be maintained at all times until the food is available for serving. Other than that, head chef should taste all the dishes before letting them out of the kitchen. It would result in amusing experience for the visitors coming in the parador.
