You have bought some clothing online and are not satisfied with your purchase.

Write a letter to the company that you bought the clothing from. In your email

Dear Sir,

My name is ABC XYZ. I have recently bought a top using your mobile application and writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding the purchase.

At the onset, I have a bought a blue denim appreal from your application on 10th June having order number 1234. It is a pretty full sleeve upper-wear with some beads on the front. I liked it in first glance and decided to buy it without exploring further options.

However, the topwear has a few issues which I would like to mention. Primarily, it should be in blue colour but color is dull. It does not match the description mentioned on Myntra application. Apart from this, few of the beads are missing. It does not look alike the picture mentioned on the software application. Owing to these reasons, I would appeal you to replace the clothing.

I really loved the outfit and bought it for my birthday celebration which is on 16th June. Thus, I would request you to deliver the subsitute attire by 15th June as an exception.

I would be highly thankful to you and will look forward to getting it sooner.
