Employment is not only a mode of earning income but a methodology to stand in the society with esteem. Few individuals favour to work for the same employer their whole life. Although some people opine that one should keep on switching jobs and get employed for different organisations. Both the aspects will be discussed in the subsequent paragraphs before reaching to a reasonable conclusion with my own perspective.
Commencing with the multifarious reasons why people prefer to do employment for same company. First and foremost, job satisfaction plays a crucial role in attaining a job stability. For instance, human beings are able to get work life balance. Also, they are successful in achieving goals set by them in personal and professional life. Owing to which, they are not aspired towards resettling in another firm’s work culture. Moreover, by continuing in same corporation for long time, management is aware about traits of a person and make them accountable for several tasks. It provides mental contentment to some humans when they are found reliable employee to do a task over other team members. Therefore, they want to be associated with that coalition for distant future.
On the other hand, there are plethora of intellects because of which opponents like to explore opportunities in numerous establishments during their tenure. Primarily, a person will get more exposure as there is a sea change in the process of every alliance. Also, there will be diversity in work on account of which living beings are inclined towards changing jobs. Apart from this, moving companies gives a heavy salary boost in comparison to staying put at same place. It helps human race to meet their financial targets. Hence, they tend to transit from one workplace to another.
To recapitulate, career contentment plays a paramount role in homo sapiens lives otherwise it impacts their private as well as working world. However, after acquiring certain experience, one should try to sustain at a place and climb the higher levels of career ladder by acquiring abundant managerial or technical skills.
