Dear Ram,

I hope my letter finds you in good health. I am glad to know that you are pursuing M.Tech in the Amity University where I have studied an year ago and I want to share some ideas to find a place.

As you know, I am not an early riser and generally never on time. Considering this, I had preferred to stay in the close proximity of the university. So I could reach the university on time. I have stayed in students sharing apartments in Sector 110 which is 10 mins away from the institution.

Dear buddy, I would suggest you various ways to find an accommodation. Firstly, you can visit various housing websites and get landlords contact numbers. You can give brief introduction about yourself to them and request for a visit. Apart from this, you can contact university administration department. They will add you in student’s accommodation group from which you can get suitable options in the vicinity.

Other than that, I want to bring in your notice a couple of things before finalising a place. At the onset, it should be airy and sunlight should come to your room. Otherwise, darker room can impact your eyesight or you will end up with high electricity bill. Moreover, public transport facility should be easily available from your home, so you do not have to spend money on going to university on private vehicles.

I hope you will find a place soon. Give my regards to uncle and aunt.

Yours lovingly,
