My name is ABC XYZ. I have recently bought sports equipment using Decathlon mobile application with order number 12345 on 5th May, 2024. I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction related to the delivered items.
At the onset, I have bought table tennis racket alongside a set of six balls. After unboxing, I found that the outer layer of the racket was falling apart. Moreover, two of the balls were squeezed a little and durability of other balls is not good. I am disappointed with the received products.
Owing to this problem, the racket creates annoying sound as the outer pad of the racket has separated at certain places. It is not resisting the sound created after hitting the balls. Apart from this, balls are not bouncing much. Thus, I am not able to use it.
I am old customer of Decathlon and I have not only admired the services but also products of your store. I would request you to replace the products as it seems to be a item defect.
